What is the purpose of Bilberry?
Bilberry contains antioxidants called anthocyanosides, that help maintain capillary strength and micro-vascular integrity in the eyes.

What is the purpose of Lutein?
Lutein is an antioxidant which has been shown in studies to support eye health and decrease the degeneration that can occur with age. 6 mg per day has been shown to be the optimal amount to take. The lutein is made by FloraGlo.

Is the product standardized?
The product is SpectrAll Certified. This means that each batch is tested for quality, purity, and potency. We guarantee 25% anthocyanosides and 5% extract from Marigold. These are the active ingredients in the Bilberry extract and the Lutein.

What do the other herbs do?
The other herbs help to support the eye, as well.

Will this product prevent blindness in diabetics?
No. Blindness due to diabetes is caused by too much glucose in the retina because of high blood sugar. Eye Support has no way to stop the flow of glucose into the eye.

Will this product stop cataracts?
No. Eye Support is not a pharmaceutical product. It cannot stop any medical condition from occurring. It is simply designed to support eye health.

Is it vegetarian?
No. The ingredients are vegetable but the capsules are derived from bovine (cow).
