The History of Neti Nasal Cleansing
The practice of nasal cleansing - known as Neti - has been used by practitioners of Ayurveda and Yoga in India for thousands of years. Neti is one of the 6 purification techniques performed prior to practicing yoga as a way of preparing the body for the yoga practice.

This little mixture might not cure you, but it sure clears up the nose and reduces the symptoms and improves the well-being of the user. Use at the beginning of a cold to clear up congestion or to recude irritation of the membranes, or just anytime to feel refreshed.

I've used various sinus prescriptions and over the counter products and nothing works as well for me as the Neti Pot with the salt and the Neti Wash Plus. There is a significant difference when I use the Neti Wash Plus in the Neti Pot. It's the only option that I will choose for the future!
