Eucalyptus Essential Oil possesses therapeutic, perfumery, flavoring, antimicrobial, and biopesticide properties. Because of these properties, Eucalyptus as a whole helps to clear the mind and focus concentration, reduce swelling in the mucus membranes, fights respiratory problems, inflammation and sore muscles, rheumatism, headaches and nervous exhaoustion while boosting any wound and ucler healing, soothing any skin eruptions.

Eucalyptus Oil is extracted from the Tazmanian Blue Gum tree, an evergreen tree that is one of the widely cultivated trees native to Australia (especially in Tazmania and southern Victoria with some growing occurrences on King Island and Flinders Island in the Bass Strait as well as on the summit of the You Yangs) even though you can find these trees growing in southern Europe (particularly in Spain and Portugual), southern Africa, New Zealand, the western United States (California and Hawaii), and Macronesia. Introduced to Europe in 1788, Eucalyptus Oil and its leaves have been used for centuries by the Australian Aborigines (who call Eucalyptus “Kino”), who applied it to cover serious wounds.

SUGGESTED USAGE
Simply add 2 drops of Lavender Essential Oil, 2 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil, and 2 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil in a large bowl of steaming water, followed by covering your head with a towel, lean over, and inhale deeply for 3 minutes to take care of that chest and sinus congestion you have.

You can even mix together 4 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil, 4 drops of Pine Essential Oil, and 3 drops of Lemon Essential Oil in a a large bowl of steaming water, followed by covering your head with a towel, lean over, and inhale deeply for 2 to 5 minutes minutes to take care of that testy cold or flu.

You can mix together a sports rub for your muscles by adding 2 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil, a drop of Lavender Essential Oil, a drop of Eucalyptus Essential Oil, and 4 teaspoons of carrier oil (such as Sweet Almond Oil, Olive Oil, or Grape Seed Oil).

To treat a cold, you can mix together 2 drops of Lavender Essential Oil, 2 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil, 2 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil, and 2 teaspoons of milk and cream, pour this mixture in a nice warm bath, and soak.
