SUGGESTED USAGE
Laxative Formula
Day 1 through 7: Three tablets at bedtime with 8 ounces of water.
Day 8 through 14: Two tablets at bedtime with 8 ounces of water. Reduce dosage if you experience abdominal discomfort or diarrhea. If discomfort persists, discontinue use.
WARNING: Consult a healthcare practitioner if a sudden change in bowel habits occurs and persists for two weeks, or if taking prescription drugs, have gallstones or bile duct obstruction. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative may indicate a serious condition; discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Unless directed by a healthcare practitioner, do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting is present, or if you have kidney disease. Do not take more than three tablets in a 24-hour period or use the maximum dosage for more than two weeks.
Fiber Fusion
For 14 days, take four UltraCaps in the morning and four at night with eight ounces of water. Or, may be taken as eight UltraCaps at night with eight ounces of water. For more information, see enclosed guide.

FAQ
When I am using the Whole Body Cleanse, should I take the fiber and milk thistle at the same time? Will the fiber prevent the milk thistle from being absorbed?
Psyllium will not block the absorption of nutrients, although it may slow the absorption of some compounds into the blood stream. The Super Milk Thistle and Fiber Formula in Whole Body Cleanse can be taken separately or together - it is simply a matter of customer preference. The psyllium in Fiber Formula will not prevent the absorption of the ingredients in Super Milk Thistle.
