Anonymous "Nice creamy texture"
Better for normal or combination skin. (Drier complexions could try Burt's Bees Orange Essence Facial Cleanser. Rich, with a fantastic fragrance!) Poppy seeds don't exfoliate much. Product has nice creamy texture, though.

This stuff smells so good it's hard not to eat it! HA! It also leaves your skin feeling very moisturized. I'm not sure how good it actually cleans your skin though.

I tried this cleanser because I love Burt's Bees and almost anything lemon. I just love it. It's a real morning experience and reminds me of making muffins. Mmmmmm. My face feels and looks great, and no calories!

Overall, this is a really good product. It smells a little too strong (like lemon Pledge). It's very creamy, and the poppy seeds exfoliate without rubbing your skin raw. Unfortunately, I had to stop using it because it dried out my combo skin.

I recently ordered this product from the Burt's Bees website. I guess I would only give it an 'ok' rating compared to other of Burt's products that I use. It does have a lemony smell, but not as lemony as I was hoping. It has poppyseeds, which I was expecting to be exfoliators, However, there aren't enough poppyseeds in the cleanser to exfoliate anything. Still a good cleanser, though.

Excellent product! I have very oily skin and although this cleanser is quite oily, it did NOT make me break out! It left a slight film that made my skin feel super smooth and it smells fantastic. The poppy seeds are quite coarse so you have to smooth it on gently. Overall, I was very satisfied with this cleanser.
