Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds�tofu
1 cup�buttermilk
6 ounces�tomato paste
1 tablespoon�honey
2 �eggs
1 1/4 teaspoons�salt
1/2 teaspoon�cumin
1/4 teaspoon�paprika
1/4 teaspoon�coriander powder
1/4 �cayenne
2 tablespoons�flour
2 tablespoons�onion flakes
1 1/2 cups�grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup�grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups�grated Monterey Jack cheese
4 1/2 ounces�chopped black olives
1 �prepared 10-inch crust (optional)

Directions

Mix first 11 ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into a large bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients, except pie crust. Pour into crust or into a 10-inch baking dish.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
