Ingredients

1/2 tablespoon baking yeast
1/8 cup warm water
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon cane sugar
1 1/4 cups water
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 package Simply Organic Béarnaise Sauce Mix

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, mix yeast and 1/8 cups warm water together. Stir and let sit a few minutes to activate.

Add olive oil, sugar and remaining water. Add 2 cups flour and Simply Organic Béarnaise Sauce Mix. Mix dough until blended. Slowly add in rest of flour and knead dough for 5 minutes. Cover and let dough rise in bowl for 10 minutes.

Grease cookie sheet, knead dough one final time, and shape into a loaf. Place on sheet and cover. Let dough rise until it doubles in size (approximately 10 minutes). Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.

Chef Suggestions
Brush loaf with olive oil and freshly cracked black pepper. (We suggest Simply Organic Daily Grind peppercorns.)
