Anonymous "Unexpected benefit from taking Osteo Support"
You may think this is crazy, but since I have been taking Osteo Support (about two months now), I have noticed a dramatic decrease in my premenstrual crabbiness! I've subsequently learned that some experts attribute increased calcium intake to a lessening of PMS symptoms. I'm a 37-year-old woman with a husband and two young kids (a toddler and a baby), and like many women my age, I am taking a more proactive role in my health and well-being, which is why I started taking Osteo Support in the first place (I take the full recommended dose of four tablets: two in the morning and two in the evening).
