tried the Ultimate Weight Loss tablets to ease myself back into a healthy lifestyle after a very neglectful senior year in college. I took two tablets of each formula. This stuff works pretty well. If you follow the recommended schedule for men, it can get kind of expensive-a 240-capsule bottle lasts just over four weeks. During the third and fourth weeks, if you miss your dosage by more than a couple of hours or you forget to take one, you may get caffeine withdrawal symptoms, such as a headache (though it normally goes away within 20-30 minutes of taking the missed dose). I do a lot of weightlifting and took this product mainly for energy but I went from about 5-6 percent body fat down to about 2-3 percent. It really curbs your appetite yet you still have energy, even with a reduced diet.
