Need of Dietary Fiber
After going through three 12-oz bottles of this psyllium fiber powder, I have no complaints. My recipe is simple: In a blender add 1 bannana, one package of instant breakfast powder, and one heaping teaspoon of Yerba Prima Psyllium Husks Powder. Blend well and drink before it congeals.
