Green Tea Barley Essence combines the antioxidant benefits of green tea with Barley Grass which is naturally rich in copper, potassium, calcium, iron, manganese, zinc, enzymes and chlorophyll and may be beneficial for, various, conditions including arthritis, asthma, skin problems, obesity, anemia, constipation, impotence, hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and kidney problems.
SUGGESTED USAGE
Dissolve two teaspoons into an 8 oz. glass of water or your favorite juice. Do not take with hot liquids since heat will neutralize active enzymes. Recommended once or twice daily on an empty stomach (20 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal). Keep tightly closed after opening and store in a cool, dry place.

What is the best way to take Green Magma?
Green Magma is best taken on an empty stomach, either 20 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after so that the food does not interfere with the digestion and absorption of Green Magma's nutrients. Yes, the fields are rotated after 1-2 years. Green beans are grown in the fields during the summer to add nitrogen to the soil.
Is it possible to overdose on Green Magma?
Green Magma is not a drug but rather a whole food extract made from freshly squeezed barley grass.
