Anonymous "Wonderful sleep aid!"
My daughter bought Sleep Formula and gave it to me. I have tried other products with valerian in it and felt as if I had a hangover the next day. I used to take 800 mg of Motrin to sleep and worried about the long-term effects of taking it every night. The first time I tried Emerita Sleep Formula I was very pleased. It is gentle and causes no adverse effects in the morning. There are some nights I don't need to take anything.
