Yes. Staying hydrated is key for optimum performance. POWERBARGel is a convenient, easy-to-consume, concentrated source of carbohydrate, and not a substitute for water. Drink a few mouthfuls of water with POWERBARGel to get the fast blast of energy you need.
What are the nutritional benefits of POWERBARGel?
* Carbohydrates. POWERBARGel is formulated with a blend of simple and complex carbohydrates for quick and effective energy. Complex carbohydrates make up 80% of each POWERBARGel, and simple carbohydrates make up the remaining 20%.
