GINGER ROOT (Zingiber officinale) The action of Ginger is warming and stimulating. It helps to promote gastric secretions, thus aiding with food absorption. It is excellent for indigestion, flatulence, nausea (including travel sickness), and colic. It is stimulating to the circulation and will help to warm cold hands and feet. It has a beneficial effect on the lungs, helping to dispel mucus and phlegm. Taken hot, it promotes sweating and is helpful for colds and flus. It is also used for suppressed menstruation. Chewing the root will stimulate the saliva and benefit the sore throat. The Chinese use the fresh ginger root for treatment of colds and for sweating, and the dried root for respiratory and digestive disorders. Other uses include: relief of headaches, aches and pains, and as a cleansing agent through the kidneys and bowels.

Aids digestion, helps with nausea, warms the body, helps with colds, flu, and pain.

SUGGESTED USAGE
Use 6-12 drops in juice, water, under the tongue, or as desired. May be taken 3 times daily. Shake well. Store in cool, dark place. Keep out of reach of children.
