SUGGESTED USAGE
Begin with two UltraCaps daily and monitor focus and concentration levels. If needed, increase dose until desired results are achieved, repeating this dosage as needed throughout the day. Dimethylaminethanol (DMAE)

Phosphatidylcholine is used as the body¡¦s supply for choline, which is a component of the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine.
