During the two-week cleanse, most individuals will see the stool color gradually shift from higher numbers on the color chart to lower numbers or from a reddish-brown color to a yellowish/greenish brown. This color shift is due to the increased production of bile, the secretion of which is stimulated by the product. Bile has a greenish-yellow color.
