Soy Isoflavones Extract (40% isoflavones): 100mg, Black cohosh (cimiafuga racemosa) root: 50mg, Boron (as boron citrate): 1.5mg, Proprietary blend 1000mg: avena sativa 10:1 extract herb, nettle (urtica dioica) leaf, damiana (turnera diffusa aphrodisiaca) leaf, bee pollen, saw palmetto (serena repens) berry.
Other ingredients: gelatin, magnesium silicate and silicon dioxide. No sugar, salt, lactose, yeast, artificial coloring, flavoring, or preservatives added.
Soy contains phyto-estrogens (plant estrogens) called isoflavones. It provides a safe, natural alternative to hormone replacement therapy, without the risk. It also reduces cholesterol and may be responsible for lowering the risk of cardiovascular disease, and breast cancer.
